STATUS OF MY ORDER
We will send you an order confirmation email after your successful order. You will received a 5 digit order number via email. Please ensure to place correct email address so we can follow up with you when your package is shipped from our warehouse. First pre-order quantities will be shipped on March 1st, 2024 and Second pre-order quantities will be shipped on mid June, 2024.
SHIPPING
We ship globally and offer Free Shipping in the USA and other countries. Please note that there are some countries that we will not be able to ship for free and charge for the shipping fee.
CANCEL ORDER
If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible with your order number. As long as the order has not been packed, we can cancel it. After the successful cancellation you will receive an email and we will refund your payment within 14 working days.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible, as we cannot guarantee the availability of the desired product. If you would like to exchange an item, simply reorder your desired item and return your first order to us. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product is defective, please contact our service team by e-mail: info@hgerber.com. Please prepare to send us your copy or image of your invoice for the defective product. Please send us images and videos of defected area and your address for shipment of exchange product.
RETURN
You can return your order within 6 days of receiving it. It is important that the products are unworn and returned in the condition in which you received them.
How to do it :
Please send us an email for return to get the shipping address. Pack the items that you do not want to keep and return them in the condition in which you received them. Then you can simply put the items in a box, seal the package, stamp the package - please note that we do not cover the cost of returns - and send it to the address that we will share via email
After the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company, we recommend that you keep the delivery receipt in a safe place so that you are covered in the event that the parcel is lost by the shipping company.
After your return has been received, we will check the returned items and then issue a credit to your chosen method of payment except cash. Please note that in the case of a complete return, any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We can only guarantee you a full refund if all items are returned in the condition they were in when they were delivered. Items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.
If items are returned, the purchase price will not be refunded and we will return the items to you. Please also note our return period of 6 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this period.
If your ordered product(s) should have a defect, please contact our customer service immediately after you have received them. You can also send us photos of the defect directly so that we can find a solution for you as quickly as possible!

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation policy Right of withdrawal You have the right to cancel this contract within 6 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 6 days from the day, on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or will be delivered uniformly; on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods in the context of a uniform order and these are delivered separately; on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces; To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@hgerber.com by means of a clear declaration of your decision to revoke this contract. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that we do not bear any costs for returns. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 6 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 6 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of 6 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
